PAYMENT POLICY

You can pay through COD/Bkash/Account transfer.

PERSONALISATION POLICY

1. Order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the date of the confirmation.

2. Product can be returned only if different or damaged product sent.

3. Product must be checked in front of the courier person.

4. Any complaint issue should be raised in presence of that courier person only.

5. No other claim will be considered otherwise.

SHIPMENT POLICY

1. Inside Dhaka : It will take 2-3 days to get the delivery of the product.

2. It will take 3-5 days for outside Dhaka.

3. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to customs or postal services, moreover if needed, you are responsible for picking up your item at your nearest courier office.
